Standout Features
As you’ve already read, these treadmills are pretty impressive in terms of the features included. We were very impressed with the detailed fitness results that are displayed on the LifeSpan TR 1200i Treadmill’s control panel display. As you know, it’s important to stay on top of your stats during an exercise program, and the information you can view on this treadmill makes it easy to chart your progress and make changes when necessary.
Equally impressive are the variety of workouts available on the Sole F80. We were especially taken with the heart rate workouts. These types of workouts are essential for living a healthier life. The fold up option is great for both of them as who wants a big clunky machine taking up a whole chunk of their room? I like the apparent ease of use in the lifespan which is part of the reason I would pick this one based on the review. I also am a big fan of checking the reviews online for a particular item I am interested in buying. You cannot beat a 5 of 5 star rating.
I like the ability to chart my progress very much. Many high reviews must mean the lifespan is a quality piece of equipment. I would like to see the same things compared in your comparison though to fully get the idea of what we are looking at. To say the sole has fans as a point and that the lifespan can hold heavy weights doesn’t feel like an equal review.
